The Relationship between Knowledge Sharing and Innovation Capability : Moderating by Absorptive Capacity

ABSTRACT
This research empirically to test the relationship between knowledge sharing and innovation capability moderated by absorptive capacity. The samples were collected in several SMA/SMK school teachers in Madiun City with a total of 110 respondents and taken with a non probability purposive sampling method. The Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) were used to test the data and research hypothesis. The result showed that absorptive capacity was moderating the relationship between knowledge sharing and innovation capability.
